B.'s reflections in the MI-RO

DSC01998
CONTROVERSIAL SHOW!!!
...can't say I left the room astonished, yet now that I am checking out the pics, I gotta admit I was kinda harsh with the ULTIMATELY CUTE designer duo (or have I simply photographed the ones that fitted my taste? ..DUNNO!) .
The minimalistic plain pieces were quirky enough for me, some feathery stuff though I didn't like at all!
Quite weird since in the past I fell for several MI-RO collections
(especially the SS 2008 with all the fluorescent garments...)

BAD BAD FEATHERS!!!
...reminds me of costumes that came straight out of Ὄρνιθες by Aristophanes
ME-NO!

The dude that ''Respects women''

''He respects women''
...Granny shouted after an hour of me busting balls with my F/W pics!

I have to agree with her that although none of the clothes were MY style, the guy managed to theatrically transfer me to another era where curves weren't -to be executed for-.

...Not to mention I took some of my favorite F/W pictures down @ that show!

If there's one Greek designer who has an eye for International trends that would be him!
Yiorgos Eleftheriades impressed me THE MOST with all his low-key& edgy creations all in one.
You know those day-dreams where you're a V.I.P & you have the luxury to hire your personal designer?
He'd definitely be my first choice

Geometry lessons...

delight
I SUCKED IN GEOMETRY
I BLAME it on MY TUTOR
...If he really meant to teach me the length of a segment whose endpoints are the vertex (& other math-shit), he should have brought me one of these dresses to analyse!
Beyond any of my usual jokes, I gotta admit it's very hard for a DElight collection to let me down.
The whole thing was quite arty, it actually reminded me of Warhol's "Composition With Yellow, Red, Black, Blue, and Grey" + the pieces were all wearable.
That for me is SUCCESS.
...still wondering when I'll acually fork out some cash to get myself one of those:DSC01815
