Mickey-Myconos

Most days in the Island sun was shinning bright! Last day was kinda moody.
Woke-up, wore my bathing suit, clothed in summery stuff, and then it hit me to open the window.
Turns out, I was wearing the most innapropriate outfit for the day.
I quickly changed into a more weather appropriate one.
Couldn't shut my feet in something other than sandals though!
tee: Disney Couture, Long cardigan: Zara, Skinnies: MNG, sandals: BCBGgirl, bag: L.K Bennett, glasses: you know...!

...Since sometimes cartoon heroes accidentally bump into my blog pictures, this time I decided to take one with me.
Here I present you with Mickey, during his very youth, wandering around my Disney Couture shirt.
Is anyone aware of Disney Couture? I wasn't, & as it turns out it has the loveliest tees and the cutest jewellery (Being a cartoon addict, I know...).
I found the tees @ Nodus in Piraeus yet I haven't spotted the jewels in Greece! Take a look here.

Having seen Nicole Ritchie's obsession with that blue wrist bracelet, can't help but desperately want one!!

Moooom? I'm in a mag!!!

Lopi in a past comment said she was gonna post her Glamour page, yet not the whole article, for people to actually buy the magazine!!
Followed her advice and didn't post anything, till everybody's having their page posted!!!
Jealous as I am (bit proud as well) I present you, not my 15 minutes of fame, but my one page of it!!
In the mag's pic: denim's mine, top ain't mine! I was wearing nude-color shirt and I've had it changed cause it wouldn't stand-out in plain white background.
Can't say floral is my thing though!

Other bloggers said pretty much everything about the experience (including me in a previous post) so I have nothing to say, except one more BIG thanx to Ama-lucky and the Glamour girls!

+In June's issue there's a tee-gift! So here I am posing next to my work of art, (from school years I have no clue if there's any skill left) rocking it!

Lying garments!

Faux fur? You know (or at least so I hope!)
Faux leather? You know (and if you didn't, this winter got you sick of it...)
FAUX DENIM? Did you know???
From personal experience, I can assure you it's listed #1 among my *most comfy* clothes!
Denim pattern, printed on soft legging material gives the false impression of wearing jeans but takes their stiffness away.
Nonetheless, denim's thick, this isnt, but it looks like it is...so its slimming effect is one more reason to go look for one.
Bought mine from Zara, very hesitatingly!Among others, it's perfect for travelling! Refined an othewise comfortable/boring outfit with funky old-tape necklace from Oysho.
Who knew I 'd find such treasure among knickers!

t-dress: Zara, sweater: converse, faux denim legging: Zara, shoes: you know..., pendant: Oysho

S (C) A N D A L ...

It's been a while since the last time I posted & I don't have the tinniest bit of regret, since I spent one more blissful weekend in Myconos, along with friends.
The programme included sunbathing, bathing, eating (lots and lots), and just up to the moment I was about to ensure myself that this was my shopping rehab, check out what I discovered in a shop by the sea...
The store was full of bathing suits, beach tunics, bags glasses...yet all I could see were those gladiators, and the shoes...oh the shoes! For a moment I though of grabbing the sandal-basket in the picture above, and run. I didn't. Then I thought of buying one pair, but again...one pair? unable how I was to point my favorite, a pair wouldn't do. Finally I decided to see it as an artwork which will be ruined if I remove one of its pieces and I didn't even ask what the price was...after all, I was in Luisa beach, what are the chances they were affordable??
Eurovision fuss healed my desperation till the next morning when I paid a visit to a to touristic shop selling flip flops exclusively.
I am not really a flip-flop person. Besides havaianas, I prefer foot-holding shoes.
I decided though to make an exception since those are so famous.
Anti-shopaholism God put his hand once more and the price of the ones I picked (the only ones I liked, in neon green) was 70,00 euros! 70,00 euros for something I don't quite like? for a souvenir? NO! I wouldn't do that to myself. I recently bought a pair of BCBG sandals (upcoming post) costing 89,00 euros, I wouldn't spend 70 on a pair of boring flip-flops. (proud of myself).
Meanwhile, June's Glamour is out! I already got it and although the article on Greek bloggers is great, I was in total shock when I saw my face in there.
Coming up with manyx2 island-outfit posts since I made sure (actually someone else did...*thanx*) I have a photo of each one.

Work-it out!

Isn't it weird how in my previous post I am wearing this chunky cardigan, and in this one legs and toes are out in the open?
Turns out...God listened to my prays!
This summerish uniform is a proof of how I am "working" on my summerish outfits!

(Me trying to resist eating my yummy wallet!)

Plus, I can even describe how inappropriately excited I got when I discovered that I share this unbelievably romantic shirt I bought last Christmas, with gorgeous+talented+famous: TOLYBANHBAO!
Lopi dearest,

Now I feel to my spine why you reacted like that, when seeing Alix from Cherry Blossom wearing your skirt!!!

+ my 2 favorite boards from the 7ply project

I am a graphic freak after all...

uniform: OYSHO, shirt: ZARA, gladiators: Nine West

Streetgeist-ED!!!!

Who's on Streetgeist?
I am on Streetgeist!!! (thrilled face)

I've been visiting this blog ever since its photos were really small!
Now the photos are huge, equivalent to the talent & ideas of Streetgeist's "parents" Alkisti&Aris, AND I AM IN ONE OF THEM (yey!).

As
previously mentioned, I met the guys in a Glamour's photo shoot, and besides they turned up being so nice, with rocking personalities, and ridiculously young-looking, I almost peed in my pants when Lopi proposed to have my photo taken for their blog & Alkisti nodded positively (...tryied to play it cool though, and here's the place I may share my excitement!).

Now I am seriously thinking to copy fashion architect in plasing the photo permenately to the side of my blog... :P

P.S: Thank ya Lopi for the backstage material...!!!
P.S2: Thank ya guys!

The one with the boring clothes.

I've been in a passionate relationship with that long Zara cardigan lately.
I don't seem to be in the mood to wear something dressier, weather is not on my side anyways, so I stick to that garment, in which I feel neither hot nor cold (a bit boring maybe...).

Long cardigan: Zara, T-dress: H&M, spandex tights:AA, bracelet: sugarfree

NOTE TO GOD: Please dear God, tell the sun to pass by Greece and stick around for summer vacations, dont let the money spent on summer clothes end-up being a total waste...!
p.s: I also want 1.000.000 euros, a car, and a TOPSHOP retail in Greece, just keep it in mind...
